Nair Remover

Today i braved the exception of using hair removal cream, not knowing it could almost kill me. Yes, it really hurt, more than you might think. I used a brand called Nair, and by looking at their products, their company is based on hair. The product from the company i used is called Nair: Facial Brush On Sensitive Hair Remover. To be totally honest, i have really sensitive skin and this did irritate me a lot, and im surprised because it is especially for sensitive skin! (dreading what the normal one is like...)

The applicator is a brush, and quite bristley for me. you apply the "substance" on any facial hair, i put it on my upper lip. leave on for no longer than 5 minuets, and wipe it off with a wet flannel. after that just splash your face with cold water! after its all off it still did sting, a lot more than it did while the remover was on my face. Luckily for me, i have an Aloe Vera plant which has a soothing jell inside the leafs. this helped and reduced the stinning on my skin soo much and i totally recommend getting this plant! if not, you can buy a tub of it in most drugstores and pharmacies.

Overall, the product did work, it just hurt a lot. i really reccomened this if you do not mind a bit of full on - unintended pain, haha. and also, it really smells, seriously, it stunk my whole house out! Anyway, You can buy this product at Boots, Superdrug, and most other drugstores!

My Costa Date

12:06 Safiyah Kelise 0 Comments

Today I went to Costa with my Nan and we bought some hot drinks and some cake. We all got something from the Christmas / Winter selection. I chose the Salted Caramel Latte, my sister got the Brownie Hot Chocolate, and my Nan selected the Gingerbread and Cream Latte. I love Costa and I loved the drinks! Although, after eating a giant slice of Walnut & Coffee cake, the Caramel Latte was rather sickly. The Latte comes with cream and caramel sauce which was yummmmy! I did try some of my Nans drink, which was the Gingerbread and Cream Latte. It was very rich, I loved it! it also came with cream and a mini gingerbread! Unfortunate for me, My sister, Meli, didn't let me try her's haha. Her one came with Cream & some Brownie pieces on tip which looked really nice! I will be going back to Costa, very, very soon!
Do you like Costa? i do!!!

Wake Me Up Concealer | Product Review

13:07 Safiyah Kelise 0 Comments

Hello Readers! this is my first blog post since October! i do apologize i haven't been very bloggy recently, this is because i have been very busy, anyhow lets get too it! i am going to be writing another (don't yawn yet) product review. the last one i wrote was on a Polaroid camera, click here to read it! today's product review will be on a concealer.
honest to vogue, i love this concealer, and i wear it everyday. it is by Rimmel London, and the shade i own is Ivory. i admit, the colour is a tad to light for me, but i tend to massage it in A LOT, otherwise it looks like i should be in a cast for a ghost movie, haha.

the concealer comes in a lipgloss styled tube. when you pull take the lid off, a small sponge will come out (just like a some lipglosses have). you just applies it where there are red blemishes, and/or under your eyes.

i really recommend this for the people who have lay ins frequently (like me). i would only ever recommend something if i really liked it! and the cherry on the top, it isn't that expensive! (wait, saf you just said its amazing and you love it and its apparently so good, it cannot be cheap?!) well, yes for me it is quite cheap! in Superdrug it is £5.49. you can click here to buy it of Superdrug.
at the moment it s also £5.49 in Boots, but only because it is on offer, so if you only shop at Boots, GET IT QUICK! but not right now because your reading my blog :)

thanks for reading lovelys! here are some photos below of the product i have been ramming on about! x
