Whats in My Makeup Bag?
As you can see, it is looking extreamley Jam - Packed. i have came to an addiction with makeup recently, and went to one of my favorite stores and i live pretty much right next to it. you probably haven't heard it before, its called Mums Makeup Draw! im joking haha, it is most likely not to be a store. i only took a few of her things, because, well she doesn't use them that much ( WHOOPEE! ) my makeup bag is from mac, and its a really nice plasticy feel, i love it so much!. here is whats inside, and what they are! oh and before i do, just to tell you i am NOT BRAGGING. you might think i have a lot or a little makeup, but this is just because a few people have requested it.
this is all of my makeup i currently have. when i start to get a few more things, i will do an updated version.
so, lets start with the long "tubes" (im sorry, i don't know what they're called haha).
on the far left, is the Wake Me Up concealer by Rimmel London. its really great and actually does cover most of my dark areas. i would recommend this if you have lots of patches here & there on your facial area.
on the far right, there is my ColorTrend crystal clear mascara. i use this for my bottom lashes for school because its not as dramatic as using normal mascara. its not amazing, but it does the job lightly.
on bottom left is the No7 Stay Perfect Lip Lacquer. i, honest to god, LOVE THIS!! oh my it is amazing. it is the perfect shade of pink for all ear round. i really enjoy using this because it isn't a sticky lip gloss, it goes matte after a few minuets, which is AMAZING! but if you want the shiny look, i use the clear end, which is simply a transparent gloss. unfortunate for me, mine is running out very quickly, so soon i am going to (hopefully) buy another one!
on the far right is the Extra Super Lash by Rimmel London. this is ok. i have recently been through a faze where this was the only mascara i used, but i got a new one and now i love that one! this is great if you only want to apply a small amount of mascara, because the brush isn't very big.
the one at the back is called the Speed Brow. what it does is it makes your eyebrows stay still. that is probably the only way i can put it. so, after you do your eyebrows ect, then you brush your eyebrows with the speed brow, then voila! i really do love it and it is really great.
in the middle is the Thick and Fast mascara by Soap and Glory. seriously, this is just perfect! this is my new lash addiction and i love it soo super much! and its really cheap. this is one of my favorite things in my makeup bag, i would even go out just wearing it, that is how good it is.
lastly, at the front is the Givenchy Mister Lash Booster. what you do is apply some to your lashes before you go to bed, and by morning your lashed should look more fuller and longer. great if your going somewhere special this is really great and i use it quite a bit!
Next are my pallets i guess!
the big brown, round one is called NYC Big Bold bronzer. this is really, really good for when your looking a bit gloomy, and you just want to perk yourself up! luckily, i haven't hit pan on it yet! this has lasted me a while. i got it last year for Christmas from my awesome Aunty.
next to it is my the Body Shop pallet. inside contains 3 eye shadows and a powder to fill your eyebrows in with. i use this most days and its really easy to apply.
on the top is my two eye shadows from No7. these are super lovely and soft. these are great if yo have senstive and irritable skin! the far left one is the Mink one, and the one on the right is the Truffle color.
lets have a little looky and my lip glosses! i am really sorry, i don't know what the one on the far left is from. i have had it for ages, so the text has rubbed off.
the 2nd one is clearly from Topshop. i think they discontinued gloss, but its super nice and sticky. oh, and quick tip, did you know all Topshop makeup is from Mac? so, go treat yourself on some super cheap Mac makeup
the next to are both from NYC, and they are both lip glosses. they are extremely bright and glossy. again, i dont know what color they are, but at least from this blog you have learnt NYC is great!
i love eyeliner. so here they are!
the one on the left is from Seventeen, it is the High Drama intense Liquid Eyelier its really good and this is probably the only one i use accept from the one in the middle. liquid eyeliner is really hard to work with and you have to have a real steady hand and skill, i am NOT BEING BIG HEADED, i am just letting you know.
the middle one is the Seventeen back lash eyeliner. this comes in a small pot which is see through underneath the lid. this is so great and great if you need some control when your applying it. i recommend this for beginners in using eyeliner.
and lastly, this one comes from Mums Makeup Draw haha! this ran out really quickly but it isn't the Seventeen brand liquid eyeliner.
foundation time!
these are the two foundations i use.
the first one is the New CC Foundation. this is great but really messy and orangy. it often comes of if you lean on you face, and also comes out really fake, it doesn't cover any blemishes for me. i only use the smallest amount for my cheeks for some cover.
the one on the right is the 17 Blemish BB Balm. i use this one lots and it is great. unlike the other one, it does cover up blotches on your face. i recommend this if you have dark skin like me!
Lastly, the random ones.
i buy my facial wipes from Lidl, purely because they are so much more cheaper than most brands and are also great quality. i pretty much cannot live without wipes because, when i mess up with eyeliner which is a lot, i need a quick swipe with a wipe to remove it!
lastly is a tester from the Body Shop. if you ask them for some testers they will ask you a series of questions about your skin care, and will offer you some testers! i really recommend it.
